John G Fuson

Born on August 6, 1957. He was the beloved son of the late Adeline Margaret Fuson. John was a hardworking man who worked many jobs during his career to support his girls as a single father. He was a retired butcher. He loved to play and spend time with his shih tzu Roxy. He also loved spending time with his best buddy Braxton and his other grandchildren.

John was preceded in death by his sisters Betty Fuson and Rosie Matherly and brothers Chester Fuson and Robbie Fuson and grandparents Lucille and Lamar Fouts and brother in law Raymond King.

Survivors include his daughters Barbara Carroll(Justin), Vicki Fuson, Tina Hatfield, and Rubi Spratt of Louisville, KY. His sisters Mary Thompson(Paul) of Sellersburg, IN and Carol King and Diana Baskerville of New Albany, IN. His grandchildren Blake Spratt, Gage Spratt, Braxton Spratt, Heavenly Spratt, and Dallas Allen.

A visitation for John will be held Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A funeral service will occur Monday, October 21, 2024 at 1:30 AM, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A committal will occur Monday, October 21, 2024 at Resthaven Memorial Park, Louisville, Kentucky.
