Left to cherish Emmett’s memory are his wife of 34 years Elizabeth “Lisa” Meyer Graft, daughter Lauren Rose Graft, and two sisters; Carla Cooke (Malcolm) and Donna Barker (David).
Emmett was a member of many organizations across Louisville including board member of The River City Love Squad, a ministry to the homeless and needy of Louisville. Vestry for St. Lukes Episcopal Church of Anchorage, president of HOA for The Preserves of Glen Lakes, an avid golfer and member of Owl Creek Country Club, and speaker for Toastmasters International. Most importantly Emmett was a loving husband and father.
A service will be held on Monday December 13th at 12pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady and Son Westport Village 7410 Westport Rd. Visitation will be on Sunday December 12th from 3pm-7pm as well as prior to service from 10am-12pm.
