Johnny was born to the late Thomas and Rita Milburn in Louisville, Kentucky on July 20, 1961.
He was the kind of man who made everyone laugh. Johnny was a music lover, his favorite being anything from the 80's. Johnny was an avid softball player, playing until he was in his 40's. He loved University of Kentucky sports, NASCAR, and any animal that crossed his path.
Left to cherish Johnny's memory is his loving wife of 10 years, Pamela Milburn. His two stepdaughters, Amy and Jodae Gardner, his three sisters, Debby Gonterman, Cherie Osbourne, and Terie Milburn, his brother Danny Milburn, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
A visitation for Jonathon will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218, followed by a funeral service at 2:00PM.
