Survivors include his loving wife, Lena; children, Joseph (Sandy) Burks, Kathy (Ross) Boyde, and Ricky (Dena) Burks; grandchildren, Jimae Edwards, Renee Boyde, Mary Ann Burks; and great grandchildren, Addison Boyde, Jilleia Edwards, and Ben Hutchins.
