Left to cherish his memory are his five children, Pattie Daunhauer (Steven), Mike Downs, Mark Downs (Becky), Timmy Downs (Michele), Matt Downs (Brandon); four siblings, Charles Downs (Jean), Lenora Gribbins, Russell Downs (Claire) and Randel Downs; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
His funeral will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 10, 2012 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
