She was preceded in death by her brothers and sister, J.C., Joe, Wayne B., Wesley, Ralph, and Ruth Howard.
Survivors include her daughter, Gail West; grandson, Jeffrey Deane; sisters, Imogene Norris and Deloris Blakeman; and brother, Freeman Howard.
Funeral service will be held at 10am Wednesday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home 8519 Preston Hwy. with interment in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Hardin Springs, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Tuesday.
