She was a retired clerical supervisor for The Apparel Group for many years. Judy was a member of Parents Without Partners, and was a Kentucky Colonel. She was preceded in death by her father, David Preston Ramsey, and sister, Susie Stinnett.
Judy is survived by her mother, Ollie Smiley (Mitchell) Armes; daughters, Missy Tabeling and Brandi Tabeling (Kevin); two brothers, David Ramsey (Sandy) and Timmy Fentress; three sisters, Rosemary Kessinger (Joe), Barbara Yates (Ted) and Sandi Smith (Terry); and five grandchildren, Beau Jones, Nicole Jones, Haleigh Monks, Michelle Monks and Amber Clark.
Judy's visitation will be Monday from noon -8 p.m. (EDT) and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to service time at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy. Service will be held on Tuesday at 1p.m. (EDT) at the funeral home. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
