Justin Griffin Morris

Michael Justin Morris (AKA Justin Griffin) was a caring, kind, and genuine young man of 24 when he passed away on August 29, 2024. He was a loyal son, brother, and friend, and he lived his life with honor and dedication to his loved ones.

His mother, Nyna Parker, finds peace in her memories of and her pride in Justin, and his sister, Sarah Morris, will always consider him her best friend. His stepfather, Brian Parker, and stepsister, Emily Parker, love Justin as their own, having known him since he was sixteen and watched him become a young man. He is also survived by father Dr. Michael Morris, as well as grandparents Sheilah and Bud Burcham and grandfather Ray Griffin, who adore Justin and feel the devastating absence of his capable and good-natured demeanor.

Justin was born on May 20, 2000 and graduated from Portland Christian School in 2018. He immediately went to work at Oxmoor Ford as a mechanic and became a Master Technician in 2023. He had a lifelong passion for cars, and was naturally gifted in understanding the complex inner-workings of machinery. In his free time, he doted on his beloved animals, including three cats and two dogs. His dogs, Sophie and Sandie, are forever his babies and continue to be cared for by family.

His wonderful presence is felt constantly as his family continues to grieve his loss, and his legacy will live on through the memories of his humor, the sacrifices he made for his family, and the compassion he constantly showed to others. The importance of his life and memory is indescribable.
