Justina Maria Zinious 93, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2012. She was born May 28, 1919 to the late Norma and Michael Romano. She was married to Theodore W. Zinious on December 31, 1948, and he precedes her. She was a devout Catholic, enjoyed volunteer work at St. Joseph’s Orphanage ceramic department for many years.
Justina’s most valuable contribution was her loving, caring relationship with all who she met: family, friends and strangers alike.
She is survived by her loving children; Judith Greeson, Norma Colver (David), Rita Heckman (Terry), and Ted Zinious (Rose).
Her 8 grandchildren; Amanda McGraw (Chris), Adam Greeson, Tammy Stevens (Tim), Terry Heckman Jr. (Julie), Elizabeth Carter (Greg), Sarah Burkhart, John Paul Zinious, Jordan Zinious.
12 Great-Grandchildren; Ashly, Austin, Christopher McGraw, Timmy Jr., Trevor Stevens, Caitlin, Morgan, Emory Heckman, Brianna Carter, Anthony, Alex, and Zachary Burkhart.
Visitation will be after 9 am Saturday, with services to celebrate Justina’s life to be held at 12:30 pm. at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. Internment at Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, KY.
