

She was born in Carroll County, KY, was a 20 year resident at Chapel House, a graduate of Campbellsburg High School in Henry Co., KY, was retired from A T & T, worked at Naval Ordinance during World War II, a member of 4th Avenue Baptist Church and moved with merger to Walnut Street Baptist Church, member of Bible study group at Chapel House. She loved basketball and was an avid U of L fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Merritt and Nanie Edrington; adoptive parents, Chester and Scottie Chilton; her husband, Duard Crafton; and a brother, Morris Chilton.
She is survived by a niece, Maxine Stickler (Leslie "Dan"); nephew, Gilbert Chilton ( Sue) of Nashville, TN; two great-nephews, Gil Chilton (Dottie) of Richmond, VA, Chad Chilton of Manchester, TN and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Lenora's life will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the O. D. White & Sons Funeral Home with interment at New Castle Cemetery in Henry County, KY. Visitation will be Saturday 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
