Leo John Miller Jr.

Leo J. Miller, Jr passed on April 2, 2026, at home. Born on December 13, 1940, to Leo J. Miller Sr and Mamie Vittitow Miller. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Chris (Michelle), sisters Barbara Thomas (Bill), Juanita Lentini (Sonny, deceased), brother David, 4 beloved nephews, "grandson" Payson Grimm and friends.

Survivors are Pat, his wife of 64 years, son Tony (Kim), daughter Teri Richey (Todd), granddaughters Nikki Francis (Tim), Tawni Miller, Kelsey Miller, grandson Justin Richey, great-granddaughters Annie and Zoe Francis, sisters Betty Schulte (Chick, deceased), Angela Wooldridge (Kenny), Judy Evans (Gary), daughter-in-law Michelle Miller, her son Josh Chester (Lindsey), sister-in-law Sue Carrier, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Leo went to work at age 10 as a "grocery boy" and never stopped. He retired after 40 years' service with L&N/CSX. The family requests you share memories from 2:00- 7:00 pm on April 23rd, 2026, at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home at 8519 Preston Highway Louisville Kentucky 40219.

In lieu of flowers they ask you to donate to the Veterans Park in J-Town, Hosparus or charity of your choice.
