He was born June 12, 1940, in Louisville to the late Leroy and Gertrude Adams.
Leroy graduated from St. Xavier High School, and was a self employed plumber.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Janice Heil Adams.
A celebration of life service will be conducted at Arch L. Heady Russman and Son, 1201 E. Oak Street on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 12:00p.m. Visitation will be from 9a.m.- 12:00pm, with interment in Calvary Cemetery.
