It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Marie Bruederle, a woman whose kindness, thoughtfulness, and love knew no bounds. Linda was the most devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend anyone could ever ask for. Her warmth and compassion touched everyone she met, and her absence leaves a void that is truly incomprehensible.
Linda was born into a loving family and was the cherished daughter of the late David and Velma Wheatley. She was also predeceased by her dear mother-in-law, Lorretta Bruederle; father-in-law, James Bruederle; and beloved brothers, Geno Wheatley, Charlie Rosenbaum, and Ernie Rosenbaum.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Tim Bruederle, who was her partner in life and love. Together, they built a beautiful family and a home filled with laughter and warmth. Her legacy lives on through her children: Jessica L. Bruederle, Matthew Bruederle, Daniel Bruederle, and Jayne Lambert. She embraced her children's spouses, Jessica M. Bruederle and Kyle Lambert, with love and kindness, treating them as her own.
Linda found immense joy in being "Hiya" / "Grandma Linda" to her cherished grandchildren, Emily Clopton, Hannah Artos, Bennett Bruederle, Nora Bruederle, Irene Lambert, and Gwen Lambert. Her love for them was boundless, and she filled their lives with warmth, wisdom, and unforgettable memories.
She is also survived by her twin brother, Lynn Wheatley, and his wife, Kathy Wheatley; her sister, Kathy Hall, and her husband, Rick Hall; her sister, DeeDee Jones; and her brother, Timmy Wheatley, and his wife, Nan Wheatley. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law, Larry Jones. Linda’s siblings were her lifelong friends, and their bond was unbreakable.
Linda’s kindness, generosity, and unwavering love defined her life. She had a gift for making everyone around her feel special, always putting others before herself. Whether through a simple act of kindness, a comforting word, or an infectious laugh, she had a way of making the world a brighter place.
Her passing leaves an immense sorrow in the hearts of all who knew her, but her love and the memories she created will live on forever. She was the greatest grandma, the most loving mother, and the kindest soul, and she will be deeply missed by all.
Rest in peace, dearest Linda. Your love will remain with us always.
A memorial visitation for Linda will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, followed by a memorial service beginning at 4:00 PM.
