Loretta Marie Traynor

Loretta Marie Traynor, 83, was born on January 3, 1935 in Dog Creek, KY to the late Lonnie and Fronia (Bradley) Pierce, and passed from this life on April 23, 2018. Mrs. Traynor was a former bartender for the old Whirlaway Tavern and a catholic by faith. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Traynor; a son Gary Traynor and a daughter Rhonda Traynor. She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Pam Dunn (James); a brother, William Pierce; grandchildren, Brandy Traynor (Tyson VanMeter) Jeff Traynor, and Shannon Satterfield (Justin); and great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kaydee, and Kaycee; and special friends, Jerry & Rodney Copas. Funeral service for Mrs. Traynor will be held at 11 am Thursday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
