He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Virginia (Stovall) Parker.
He is survived by his daughter, Gayle Meredith (Steve); grandsons, Matthew S. Meredith and Zachary E. Meredith (Mandy); and eight great-grandchildren.
