Lucille R. Heinz, 90, of London, KY, formerly of Louisville, passed away July 10, 2011 at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, KY. She was a bookkeeper for Kentucky Tent and Awning Company and a member of Epiphany United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank C. Heinz and son, Jerry Wayne Heinz. She is survived by her sons, Glen A. Heinz (Karen) of London, KY and James L. Heinz Sr. (Lisa); grandchildren, Tonya, Michelle, Gregory, Michael, Elizabeth, James Jr. and Christopher; great grandchildren, Cheyenne and Emma. A celebration of life service will be 2 pm Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2-8 pm Wednesday and 11am-2pm Thursday at the funeral home.
