He was a retired district manager.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Shirley Snyder; daughters, Debbie Foy, Daphne Kennedy (Dave), Denise Snyder (Dennis) and Danielle Woytek (Alan); a son, K.C. Foy (Debbie); a sister, Linda Voigt (Bill); grandchildren, Douglas, Donald, David (Wendy), Dustin, Drew, Becky, Kenneth and Samara; and great-grandchildren, Emma, Dominic, Aidynn, Cody and Garrett.
His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at noon at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon.
