CASPER, Margaret Rogers, 95, of Louisville, KY departed this life September 5, 2015 at her home at Atria Senior Living in St. Matthews, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Cecil “Pete” Casper and her sister Helen Rogers Heuser, her brother A. Paul Rogers, and her sister Norma Rogers Jones. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was a loving daughter, wife, sister and friend. Funeral arrangements by Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village.
