Margaret L Fry

Margaret L. Fry, 81, of Louisville, passed away on the morning of January 8, 2013 at Norton Pavilion with her family by her side. She was the former Margaret Fouts and graduate of Shawnee High School . She had been a longtime member of Beechmont Baptist Church and loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lamar and Anna Lee Slaughter Fouts; brothers, David and Harry Fouts and a sister, Grace Evelyn True.

Left cherishing her memory is her loving husband of 55 years, John C. Fry; children, Jerry (Belinda), James (Diana) and Steven H. (Melissa) Fry; sisters, Betty Lou Temple, Joyce Shock, Helen Franz; brother, Curtis Fouts; grandchildren, Aaron C. and Andrew L. Fry, Sarah L. Carr, Rachael C. Fry, Allison Verandes, Amy Winter, Christopher J. and Tyler R. Norrenbrock; great-grandchildren, Naomi Fry, Freyja Carson, Emma Verandes; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; and her dog Chico.

Margaret's Celebration of Life Service will be held on January 11, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3-8 p.m. and after 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
