She was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, Lloyd Rupp, her brother, Gene Sims and sister, Virginia Emmerich. She is survived by her three children, Patricia Rupp, Nancy Marie Holt (Stephen) and Janet Rupp; three grandchildren, Geoffrey Gleitz, Stephanie Marie Madsen (Paul) and Samantha Holt; three great grandchildren, Emma Grace Marie, Mason Trent and Maxwell Lloyd Madsen and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a founding member of Christ Church United Methodist, and a member of The Woman's Club of Louisville and Northfield Garden Club.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 12th, at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM .
A memorial service will be held Thursday September 13, 2012 at 4:00 PM at Christ Church United Methodist, 4614 Brownsboro Rd.
