She was a loving mother, grandma and sister, and was of the Baptist faith.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence McDonald, her son, Michael Trepanier, twin sister, Carolyn Burns and a sister, Tina Leanhart.
She is survived by her children, Richard Hawkins and wife Tiffany, Terri Veltman and Wendy Hiter. Sisters, Darlene Murphy and Helen Barbara Murphy. Grandchildren, Tawana, Travis, Matthew, Hunter, Cristin, Bryan Michael, Meranda, Trey, and Lyndsey. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
A funeral service to celebrate Marilyn’s life will be conducted at 12 noon, Monday, July 14, 2014 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Mount Washington Cemetery. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 2-8pm on Sunday, July 13, 2014 and after 9am the day of the funeral.
