Martha Ann Frazier

Martha Ann Frazier, 77, passed away on Christmas day. Martha was born in Louisville, KY on August 31. 1933 to William and Ola Mae Hardin. She was an Artist and a published Poet, Kentucky Colonel and avid book reader and UK Basketball fan. Martha was a member of Zachary Taylor Unit #180 American Legion Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph G. Frazier; her parents; and a sister, Mary Jo Priest.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Linda Norton and son in law, Barry Norton who were her caregivers. Also survived by two grandsons, Barry Norton Jr. (Jenny) and Charles Norton (Kristin); seven great grandchildren, Chelsea, Dylan, Shelby, Chandley, Kendra, and Skylar Norton and Keaten Quickert; two sisters, Dorothy Dietrich and Norma Hardin; brother, William E. Hardin.

A Celebration of Life service for Martha will be held, Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Road.Visitation will be from 2-8 Wednesday and 12:00 p.m until service time on Thursday. An American Legion Auxiliary service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
