Neal, Martha “Dale”, 61, passed away October 25, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest D. and Frances Cahoe; son, Michael Shane Neal; and son-in-law, Kenneth Goldsmith.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 40 years, Michael W. Neal; daughter, Shannon Goldsmith; grandchildren, Michael Neal, Bradlie Neal (Lauren), Shayna Neal, Sierra Goldsmith, and Kenny Goldsmith; great-grandson, Aaron Neal; and brother, Sam Cahoe (Carol).

The funeral service will be held Monday, October 29, 2018 at 10 am at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 pm-8 pm at the funeral home.
