

Martha Bradshaw Rayner, 88, of Louisville passed away September 7, 2013. She was born on November 13, 1924 in Akron, Ohio to the late Howard and Mary Etta Thomas Bradshaw. She was an Executive Assistant for American Commercial Barge Lines for many years. After retirement, in her 80’s, Martha greatly enjoyed working for Spatial Data Integrations. Martha was a parishioner at St. Athanasius Catholic Church for over 50 years and was involved with the SAWS and Visiting Angel groups at church. She was an extraordinary dancer and also enjoyed meeting with the Harvesters Retirement Group.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William N. “Boho” Rayner.
She is survived by her children, Pamela Bolton (Wayne), Mack Rayner (Becky), Barry Rayner, Cindy Rayner, and Jill Dodson; five grandchildren, Barry Wayne, Matthew, Brittany, Chase and Amanda; one great-granddaughter, McKenna; and a brother, Thomas Bradshaw.
A mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 10 AM at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 5915 Outer Loop, Louisville, Kentucky 40219 with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4-8 on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 and 2-8 on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven,4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218.
