Martin Louis Korfhage

He was a co owner of Clinton Korfhage Landscaping, past president and current member of the Kentucky Nursery Landscaping Association, member of the Louisville Nursery Association and the Southern Nursery Association. Martin was a member of St. Paul United Methodist church. He loved spending time with his family at his lake house on Nolin Lake, was an avid hunter and " He was a good ole boy!"

Martin is preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Korfhage, and a sister, Barbara Kennedy.

He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Lynne Herman Korfhage, their children, Bradley Korfhage and Lauren Wilson (Michael), father, Clinton Korfhage, grandchildren, Paige Korfhage, Shelby Korfhage and Emmy Korfhage, siblings, Joyce Rhea, Todd Korfhage (Cheryl) and Richard Korfhage.

Visitation for Martin will be on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 3:00-8:00pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218. A funeral service to celebrate Martin’s life will be conducted at 12:00pm on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 2000 Douglas Blvd., Louisville, KY 40205, with interment to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery, 701 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204.
