Mary L. Best, 71, passed away Saturday, November 20, 1999 at Norton Suburban Hospital, Louisville, KY. Survived by husband, Paul E. Best; son Andrew Meadors; step-son Louis Best; sisters Eva Burke, Viola Westerhold, Mildred Drury; brothers Charles Winkle and Marshall Winkle; and 2 grandchildren. A native of Louisville, Mrs. Best was former owner of Four Kings Restaurant and Bar.
Visitation will be on Monday, November 22, 1999 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Tuesday, November 23, 1999 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., Louisville. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, November 24, 1999 at 10:00 AM in Arch L. Heady & Son with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Louisville. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
