Mary Katherine "Kitty" Hazelwood, 89, of Louisville, passed away March 7, 2024. She was a retired school guard. She was preceded in death by her children, Robert Carter, Lisa Wethington, and Danny Hazelwood; and her granddaughter, Patty Reynolds. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William Hazelwood; children, Keith Carter(Susan) and Brenda Mehler(Mike); 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and her brother, John Roederer. Funeral service will be 2pm Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 11am-2pm Thursday at the funeral home.
