Mary Deloris Hobbs

Born Thursday, September 21, 1933 in the Webster Community of Hardin County, Kentucky Mary was the daughter of the late Hilary Augusta Hardesty & Mary Dorthea Fackler. Mary was a housewife & loved to garden & quilt. She loved her fishpond & animals, she could often be found watching the deer, birds & nature pass by her 15 acres from her sunroom. She loved her children & grandchildren. Mary Deloris lived a full life – a life well lived!

Besides her parents, Hilary Augusta & Mary Dorthea Hardesty; her husband, Louis E. Hobbs; grandparents, Margaret & Joseph Fackler and Rena Ray & William “Willie” Hardesty; and all her siblings, Rudolph, Lorena, Bernice, Irma Jean, Joseph William, Aloysius & Thomas Alfe, precede Mary in her passing.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Agnes, Ruth, Martha, Dorothy, Louis Edward, Jr., Ricky Eugene, John Wayne & Joseph Kenneth; many grandchildren, great – grandchildren, great – great – grandchildren; plus, a host of other relatives & friends to mourn her passing.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no public services. Mary Deloris will be laid to rest in the Garden of Devotion of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums in a private service.
