Duke, Mary Lucile “Lucy”, 89 of Mt. Washington, KY passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016. She is survived by her children James D. Mann, C. David Mann, Brenda K. Kaiser, Karen L. Mann and Susan M. Ranney and a sister, Alene Oliver. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Lucy was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church and was a retiree of Target. A memorial service to celebrate the life Lucy will be conducted at 1pm on Saturday January 21, 2017 at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 5903 Bardstown Road Fern Creek KY, 40291 with inurnment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum.
