Mary J. Myers

Mary Juanita "NeeNee" Devore Myers, age 79 passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. Mary was born on August 18, 1944 to the late Edward and Bessie Devore. Mary worked at Medical Laundry Center for 27 years. She was an avid music lover. Mary loved to be outdoors, and especially enjoyed camping and boating.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Bessie Devore; former husband, James C. Myers; fiance, Carl Walker; children, Brenda Myers and James Myers Jr.; brother, Ralph Devore; sister-in-law, Carol Devore; and sisters, Shirley Helm and Carol Dunn.

Mary is survived by her sisters, Judy Welch, Pam McNally, Debra Devore; step-daughter, Marcia Bryan (Frank); grandchildren, Keith Myers (Sheri), Michael Myers, James Myers III, Jessie Myers, Melissa Myers, and Jennifer Myers; many great grandchildren; and her best friend, Sharon Walker. She is also survived by her loving caregivers, Catherine Wright, Teresa Wright (David), Melissa Rich (James), and Don Wright (Betty).

A visitation for Mary will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40213. Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 12:00 PM.
