Born to the late Charles and Jessie Brown, Michael was also preceded in death by his siblings, Terry Brown, twins Roger and Rodney Brown, and Bobby Brown.
Left to carry on his memory are his loving wife of 24 years, Debbie Brown; his daughters, Amanda Brown and Laura Freeman (Adam); stepchildren Brandon Merrill and Lindsey Allender (Brandon); his grandchildren, Nolan Freeman, Matthew Freeman, and Avi Allender; his siblings Dennis Brown (Cathy) and Donald Brown (Patty); and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Michael proudly served in the United States Army for two years in Korea. He later retired from Philip Morris after 25 years of dedicated service. In his free time, Michael loved working with wood and took great pride in tackling home improvement projects. He loved working with his hands and seemed to make everything he touched more beautiful, especially when transforming yards and outdoor spaces. Michael also cherished traveling with his beloved wife and brother, especially to The Villages in Florida. He will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his love for his family, and the care he put into everything he built and created.
