Mike was a retired Radio Tech with the City of Louisville. He also enjoyed Ham Radios and was an Army Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Ritta Wray.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 43 years, Felysia Deniese Stivers; daughter, Jessica Stivers; siblings, John Stivers (Donna) and Linda Sanders (David); father and mother-in-law, Dick and Delene Blue and several nieces.
The family has chosen cremation. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date.
