Mila Garner, 84, of Louisville, KY passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at home. She was born on December 8, 1935 to the late Miles and Katherine (Gover) Hardin in Somerset, KY.

Mila was a loving and dedicated Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter and Sister. She had a fierce love for all animals, especially her dogs. She was well known for her love of children and spent most of her adult years caring for the neighborhood kids.

Left to cherish Mila’s memory is her loving husband of 51 years, Ernest Garner; sister, Jolly Hill; three daughters, Vicki Partin (Tim), Sharon Maloney (Mike) and Trista Garner (Frank); a step-son, Philip Garner; a son-in-law Russell Phillips (Mary); two granddaughters, Niki Phillips (Kansas), and Katie Harrington (MJ); and several great-grandchildren.

The Funeral Services will be at Evergreen Funeral Home on Friday, January 10th at 2pm. Visitation will be from 11am until time of service at the funeral home.
