Naomi Laverne Wright

She was a homemaker, worked at Hart Manufacturing, Ben Snyder's and Consolidated Sales. She was a member of Jeffersonville Christian Church. She was an Army World War II veteran and a member of the 1940 Kentucky Dairy Maids Women's fast pitch softball championship team.

She was preceded in death by her parents John M. and Florence Loran; her husband, Frank H. Wright Jr; three brothers, Leslie, Robert and William Loran; one sister, Evelyn Wigham.

She is survived by her son, Frank H. Wright III (Tammy); three grandchildren, Maddie Wright, Rachel Riley and Emily Wathen and three great-grandchildren, Tyler, Ava and Eva.

A celebration of her life will be held noon Friday at the O. D. White & Sons Funeral Home with interment at Resthaven Memorial Park. Friends and family may visit 1-8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
