Jean Sale Cavanaugh, 86 of Shepherdsville, passed peacefully Sunday, October 9th at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Fordsville, KY to George & Vessie Marsh. She was preceded in passing by her husbands: Henry Sale & Tom Cavanaugh; her siblings: Robert, Millie, Margie, Cennie and Faye. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Karen Collins (Ken), Janet Atkins (Ronnie), and Tamra Brown (Denny); grandchildren: Kasey Keeton, Kyle Collins, Clinton Wheeler, Jessica Wheeler; great-grandchildren: Kanon, Alexis, Tyler, & Jordan. Funeral services for Jean will be held Thursday, October 13th at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 8519 Preston Hwy. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4-8pm at the funeral home.
