He was born October 1, 1951 in Louisville, the son of Omar and Doris Cox, who preceded him in death.
Omar was an Electronic Technician for TARC.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Jeanette Cox; a sister, Roncy Spencer (William); two sisters-in-law, Jean Skaggs and Joan Dobson; a brother-in-law, John Harris and his nieces and nephews, Kena Harrison, Kevin Spencer, Brian Skaggs, Dennis Skaggs, John Harris, Jr., Samantha Harris, Joseph Dobson and Lisa Shouse.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Monday, December 23, 2013 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady Russman and Sons, 1201 E. Oak St. Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
