Born on September 12th, 1951, in Louisville, Kentucky. Pam was the beloved daughter of Norman and Marguerite Spurgeon. She graduated from Butler High School in 1970, then later began her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She later worked as a coder and biller for Louisville Radiology.
At the age of 48, Pam married her husband, Charles M. Wright. Their time together was spent with love and laughter until his passing.
Since she was young, Pam was known for her sweet and caring nature. She was described by her loved ones as an always generous and funny person. Her acts of kindness and sense of humor touched many hearts throughout her life.
Pam had a deep love for all things Disney. She especially enjoyed all things Donald Duck, with her reasoning being because he "waddled like her." She was also an avid sports fan, who could always be found cheering on the Yankees. In her free time she enjoyed going out and playing bingo.
Pam was survived by her sister, Anna M. Spurgeon; close friends, Donna Foland and Alyssa B. O'Reilly; and her loving animals, Hailey and Presley. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Charles.
Honoring Pam's love for animals, it has been requested that donations be made to the Kentucky Humane Society in her name.
