She was born in the Bronx, NY on Dec. 29, 1952. Patty graduated from Southern High School. She was married to Greg Zurkuhlen on Apr. 15, 1972. Patty was primarily a homemaker and child care provider, but also worked as a nursing assistant for a short period of time. She loved to cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats and spend weekends at Green River Lake. She also enjoyed playing cards, spending time with family and friends, and had a passion for sewing, cooking and crafting.
Patty is survived by her loving husband, Greg; sons, Patrick and Scott; granddaughter, Morgan; sister; Karen; many nieces and nephews; and countless dear friends. Funeral arrangements will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in the Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the Funeral Hour of 4:0 p.m. and then resume following the Funeral Service until 6:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Home.
