Paul served in the United States Air Force and worked for Colonial Insurance Company for 35+ years. He thoroughly enjoyed Golfing, Fishing and Hunting.
He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers: James, Clarence, Jr., Herbert and Reuben Ellington, one sister, Vivian Clark.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37, Carmen Anderson Ellington, one son, Paul Ellington, jr.(Kris), and one sister, Judy Ellington Insko (Mel).
Funeral service will be at 10 AM, Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven funeral home (4400 Bardstown road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218).
Visitation will be from 3 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, family suggest memorial gifts be made to Fern Creek/ Highview United Ministries Adult Day Center.
