Peggy Joyce Robertson Matheis, 84, passed away October 28, 2016. Peggy was a proud Maker's Mark Ambassador. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Sophie Robertson; and her siblings, Nancy Robertson, Virginia "Jean" Hall(Vernon), Lucille Grimm(Gerald), Hubert Robertson(Wilma), Joseph Robertson(Charlotte), and Billy Robertson(Frances). She is survived by her children, William Matheis(Theresa), James Matheis(Vickie), Donald Matheis, David Matheis, Michael Matheis(Debbie), and Carol Thompson(Todd); her granddaughter, Rachael Moore(Marcus) and her eleven other grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and her sister, Barbara Carrillo(Pete). Funeral service will be 12 noon Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Monday.
