Phillip Wayne Sullivan Sr., 59, of Louisville passed away January 17, 2015. He was born May 13, 1955 to Shirley and the late Warren Sullivan. He loved his work in construction and was a huge UK football and basketball fan.
He is survived by his children, Phillip Sullivan Jr. (Trena) and Brian Sullivan, a grandchild, Phillip Sullivan III, his mother, Shirley Sullivan, five siblings, Michael Sullivan (Debbie), John Sullivan (Chari), Brenda Hensley (Bige), Debbie Hoffman (Chuck) and Mary Tracy.
Phillip’s Celebration of Life will be conducted Wednesday January 21, 2015 at 2pm in Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00am until the time of service at the funeral home.
