Phoenix Dean Hawkins, infant son of Navy Lindsey & Tyler Hawkins passed away, December 24, 2019. He is also survived by his Grandparents, Eric Lindsey, Christy Lindsey & Jeffrey Hawkins, Great Grandparents, Karen Jesse, Wayne Jesse, Marsha Horn & Mike Whitaker, Great Great Grandparents, Kenneth M. Winfield, Paula & Larry Jesse & Uncles, Liam Lindsey & Eric Lindsey, Jr. He was preceded into death by his Grandmother, Tonya McGuire & Great Grandmother Bonnie Strader.
A memorial service will be Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home 8519 Preston Highway. There will be a memorial gathering Thursday at 4:30pm.
