Preceding in death are his parents, Ray and Ethel Rowe; sister, Janice Wiseheart; and daughter, Shelly Huber.
Left to cherish Ray's memory is his loving wife of 41 years, Rose Rowe; sons, Danny (Christy) and Joe (Kim) Skaggs; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sister, Vickie Rowe; and aunt, Irene Board.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday at 2pm at Evergreen Dignity Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 - 8pm at the funeral home.
