He was a 1962 graduate of Trinity High School and a retired truck driver for I.M.I.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Vera Grider Ruwe, He was a devoted father to his three sons: Robert Jeffrey, Anthony Shawn (Blair) and Brian Keith (Melissa). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, Conner, Collen, Caitlen, Carsen, Noah, Hadlie, Aden and Cameron. Sisters, JoAnn Pate and Gerry Woods.
Bobby’s family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the hospital staff of Baptist Health for their loving care.
A funeral service to celebrate Bobby’s life will be conducted at 10am, Tuesday September 23, 2014 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8pm on Monday, September 22, 2014 and after 9am the day of the funeral.
