A whole year has passed without hearing your voice or seeing your smile. We read the little book of scriptures that you gave to us every day. Even as I write this note, my heart is heavy with sadness. Knowing you are at home with your Savior brings us comfort and it is there that we will see you again someday...."just inside the Eastern Gate" over there." Well dad its Randy. I still miss you greatly. You are and have always been my buddy. No one can truly say they understood you. But I can say I miss you terribly so does Ken. Linda and Mom does too.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of my Uncle Bob. My folks, his brother Dave and my mom Ernestine, always had fond memories of Young Bob.I received many notes through the years filled with love and encouragement. I always looked forward to his letter and Christmas books he sent each year.I shared his sorrow when his beloved Corgi passed away, we both had soft spots for great dogs. I know it will be a glorious reunion in heaven with the Fowler Family. My heart and prayers go out to Aunt Ruth and family.

Greeting Fowler Family,

I'm writing on behalf of myself, George Adams and wife Ruth. So sorry to hear of your loss. Praise the Lord Rev. Bob is in the presence of the Lord! He was pastor at Main Street Church of the Nazarene when I first became a part of the church. Ruth and I are now part of Rosewood Church of the Nazarene in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, another church that was planted by Main Street Church years ago. Pastor Bob  was a wonderful pastor, friend, and counsellor. We have great memories of this time. Ruth, you were the greatest pastor's wife we could have ever had. May our great God comfort and bless you and the family at this time.

My dear Uncle Bob: always touching the hearts of those he loved; as was Aunt Ruth: always a handwritten Christmas message from them both or a special little book of encouragement tucked in an envelope of love. He had a gentle spirit; the Spirit of Christ. When my daughter Holly died, Uncle Bob called me and spoke to me personlly about the heavenly things that matter most. He truly did comfort my crushed heart. Likewise, my dear Uncle Ira Fowler did the same. Always going that extra mile. How genuinely he loved his brothers,one of whom was the 13th child, my father, Walter Fowler. Uncle Bob wrote to me about the loss of his dear friend, his dearly loved Corgie. His humble heart was broken. We both owned a Corgie and I could feel the grief of his loss. He also wrote and told me about his deep love for his wonderful wife, my Aunt Ruth. As a member of the Fowler family I can honestly testify to the beauty of Christ that surrounded my life, even at so great a distance. I am saddened that this Earth has lost so needed a Christian man. May God continue to bless my Aunt Ruth and the family of my Uncle. And, May God continue to bless the Fowler Family. I know that our Reedemer lives because of them. Love and Prayers. Wow, what a legacy I have in my family! Uncle Bob was an amazing example of a Godly man. I feel blessed and honored to be one of his many great nieces. Many generations of ordained ministers, we are quite blessed to be apart of the Fowler Family, Uncle Bob, Uncle Ira and Grandad Thomas Fowler! You are all missed greatly! Thank you for your service in the United States Army and in God's Army also!

We at the Southern Hills Nazarene Church offer our sympathy to the Fowler family. He was greatly loved by all those that knew him.  He has gone to his reward which I am sure will be great.  We are sorry for you loss.

Robert B. Fowler, known to me as my  Uncle Bob, was one of the most  courageous, fearless, loving,  and staunch soldiers for Christ that I have known.  He was solid  and unswerving in his belief and love for Jesus Christ, His Savior.   Many times he sang his favorite hymn  (Wonderful Saviour)  over the telephone to me.  He sang these very words for the last time to me in August, 2013,  "Jesus my King, my wonderful Saviour, All of my life is given to Thee.  I am rejoicing in Thy salvation, Thy precious blood now maketh me free".  I will miss him every single day. My love and sympathy to  all of  the family.  What a privilege I have had.
