He is preceeded in death by his wife of 59 years, the former Irma Sewell Gordon.
He is survived by a son, Kenneth R. (Diane) Gordon; a daughter, Judith A. Speckner, four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
His Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 10 a.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be on November 21, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or WHAS Crusade for Children.
