Rose Marie June

She was born to the late Lone and Lorean Young on January 6, 1943 in Yeaman, KY. She married the love of her life, the late Charles June, in October 1962 and they enjoyed 58 years together until his death January 7, 2021. She retired from UPS at age 62. She had a passion for traveling, keeping a perfect yard and cooking delicious meals with at least 7 dishes no matter the size of the crowd.

She leaves behind two loving children, Charles Kenneth June (Tina) and Lisa June Gregoire (Loel); three devoted, grandchildren, Adam, Anna and Louis; siblings, Joyce Clark, Jo Nell Layman, Doris Woosley (Eli) and Ross Young (Charlene); many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her sister Katherine.

The family would like to thank Dr. Charles Webb, Hosparus RN Becky Arnold, caregiver, Dee Carpenter and Joyce Clark for their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow beginning at 12:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be live streamed on our Facebook Page – Evergreen Funeral Home & Evergreen Cemetery – beginning at 11:45 a.m on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.

Entombment will be in the St. Matthew Mausoleum of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums.
