Rick Hardin, 69, passed away on December 01, 2020. He was born in Lansing, Michigan in 1951. He enjoyed spending time at his childhood home in Caneyville, KY. Rick was a certified respiratory therapist for Norton Healthcare for 40 years.
After he retired he continued to volunteer at Norton Downtown. He attended St. Matthew's Baptist Church and was a member of The Journey of Faith Bible Study Class.
Those preceding him in passing include his mother, Celleria Woodcock Hardin, great-aunt and uncle Wavy (Goldie) Burden.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joan Baptie Hardin, children; Rachel and Ryan Hardin, sister; Tracie Kennedy (Chris), and nephews; Gryphin and Hudson Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Matthew's Baptist Church or charity of your choice.
A private service will be held at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home.
