Runell C. Woodcock

Born on Sunday, December 8, 1935 Runell was one of 13 children born to Will & Clara Ford. She was a former Nurses Aide for over 23 years, could often be seen working at Frisch's and raised 3 sons. She always loved to host Thanksgiving at her home every year for her family. She also loved to garden, going to church at Ralph Avenue Baptist Church, where she was a member, and playing bingo. Runell was a native of Kentucky her whole life. Runell shared her life in marriage 3 times with Albert Clawson having their son, Jeff Clawson; Willie Hutcherson, Jr., their sons, Danny and Rick Hutcherson; and Philman Woodcock.

Besides her parents, many siblings; her son, Danny Hutcherson, Sr.; & her beloved dog, Simon, precede Runell in her passing.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jeff (Kaz) Clawson and Rick (Laura) Hutcherson; daughter – in – law, Tery Hutcherson; 10 – grandchildren; 10 – great – grandchildren with another on the way; plus, a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Runell will laid to rest in the St. Mark Mausoleums of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums, where she will rest for eternity. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the Funeral Hour of 2:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.
