Salvatore DiGiovanni 90, passed away December 22, 2020. Salvatore was born in Italy to the late Biagio and Santa DiGiovanni on April 13, 1930. He arrived in New York in 1958 then moved to Chicago. He was a designer/tailor by trade. Salvatore moved to Kentucky, first living in Lexington then relocated to Louisville. He worked for Martin’s for 32 years. He and his brother started DiGiovanni Brothers in 2002.
He was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his children Maria DiGiovanni and brother Domenico DiGiovanni.
Salvatore is survived by his wife Tatyana DiGiovanni, children Santina DiGiovanni and Gino DiGiovanni (Christina), stepchildren Victor Gerasimchuk (Anna) and Anna Khanin (Yuliy), grandchildren Sofia and Max DiGiovanni, Nadeshda, Ilya, Pavel, Gavriil Gerasimchuk and Nicholas and Mila Khanin.
There will be a private burial for Salvatore in Resthaven Memorial Park.
